We had a heat pump die..and the temps were going up over 30°C and I work shift..not good. No one wants to do house calls anymore but Marco came on short notice because he made time in his schedule for us otherwise we would be waiting forever. He repaced a common thing..a capacitor which he had to leave and come back to install but he did not overcharge And did within an hour. I know someone who had the exact same problem so the pricing on the part was spot on. Our luck ran out because 2 weeks later when our furnace died..so no blower for the AC. He was in constant contact, gave us a solid quote and installed it ASAP. Professional, honest, puctual and most of all this guy cares enough to help you if you have an emergency. I won't be using any other company for HVAC period. ~ Great W

Rocky Point Air helped us with a project and diagnosed a slow leak in our refrigeration system for some equipment for a long-term project. When it came time to call them in for the 2nd phase of the work, we were informed that the technician who worked on the project was recently hired by another company. Rocky Point could've taken the job (and I would have been happy to have them work on it) but called up our tech at the new company since he was familiar with our project first-hand. When a company does this, it shows that they care about the best outcome for the customer, and I'm happy to refer business to Rocky Point Air for this reason and the excellent work that we had them do on our refrigeration equipment. Marco and his team from Rocky point was professional, patient, and extremely capable. We booked him for November but had a scheduling conflict which he had not problem adjusting and working with our schedule. The entire process took a few days only and was completed on time and the cost was exactly as estimated without any increase even though we needed a minor change in scope. A special thanks needs to go to Alex as well. During the installation, he was always available for questions and was able to answer and address all of our concerns via phone. His communication skill and how fast he was able to hook up the unit made all the difference. We have recommend Rocky Point to all our friends and will continue to do so! ~ Angelus G

I don't know why anyone would choose another company. Rocky point was able to replace our furnace very quickly after it failed. Led by Marco, they were all thorough and proactive communicators, they saved us thousands from helping us make the right decisions, they went above and beyond in the work, and the whole team was very professional throughout the whole process. The other companies that we had quote and advise us really helped us make the decision. The competitors (also highly rated on google) were slow to get back to us or never did, they quoted us up to $10,000 more for things we didn't need, and one of them was using annoying and concerning pressure tactics to get us to sign before anyone else could quote. ~ Paul B

Great knowledge and service. Marco and his team are on it! In the middle of the heat dome at 48 degrees Marco had it installed within 48 hours of our first contact! I had also called 4 other companies in the Vancouver area, only to find that some were unsure of their inventory, some were unsure of the cost, some unsure of the tonnage required for our home (PS: All 5 companies received the same home specs) and one very large company only called me back 10 days later! Bottom line is: Marco and his Rocky Point Heating and Air Conditioning company are the smartest and most professional company that I have done business with, in the past 6 years of living in BC. Marco, your business ethics should be made the standard for all service industries. I regret that the Google rating only has 5 stars, because your business deserves at least 10 more! Rocky Point Heating installed a new air source heat pump in August 2023 and I couldn't have been happier with the service and work that was provided! Marco was great to work with and the whole team was very helpful in everything from arranging the install to assisting with and ensuring I had everything I needed for the grant process. The install went smooth and looks great, and they did a great job cleaning up afterwards, which isn't always my experience with contractors. The price was also very competitive and the quote information very well presented. I would definitely recommend Rocky Point for installing a new heat pump or any other HVAC service that is needed! ~ Adam K

We’re so happy with Rocky Pt. H&AC! We’d bought a new dual fuel, downdraft stove and were unhappy with the store’s install team “inspection”, estimate etc. So we called Marco at RPHAC and he sent Alex over a few hours later to take a look, then booked our install for the following week - at a much lower rate than the other company. Tristan arrived and got right to work on this difficult job (old stove vent went in different direction than the new stove’s), with Marco coming by to ensure all was going well. Great experience with Rocky Point. Marco was able to come in quickly to have a look at our leaking hot water tank and provide a competitive quote. We decided we wanted to go with a tankless water heater and Marco was able to offer a better model heater than the other companies we inquired with for a better price. We were fortunate that they were able to fit us in the very next day despite their busy schedule. There was a team of 3 that did a quick and efficient job of the install. Rocky Point were fantastic to work with. We installed an electric heat pump, swapped out a gas water heater for gas on-demand, installed a HRV system and revamped the existing duct work to reduce noise. Marco did a great initial walkthrough and came up with some ideas we hadn't thought of. He took his time over a few days to go through the pros and cons of different systems and we eventually landed on the ones he initially recommended. The work was done to very high quality and the team went above and beyond. We are extremely happy with the results, now having a quieter heating system without a damp crawl space smell. ~ Robert A

Marco did our estimate promptly and scheduled our work in two stages as we needed the hot water portion done quickly. All work was completed within two weeks , efficiently and very cleanly. Marco and his team helped us install a brand new heat pump replacing our 14 year old natural gas furnace and a new hot water tank in our townhouse. Our end to end experience was exceptional. 1st time service on furnace, didn't know what to expect. Mark was very responsive to my questions and gave excellent preventive advice. His service was prompt and invoicing very clear, detailed and pricing very reasonable. We recently had heat pump installation in the condo. The staff were friendly, knowledgeble and very efficient. It was alot of construction but the condo was clean at the end of each day.
